Assist with the daily operation of the Student Development Office for an 18,000-student campus.
Supervise a staff of 15 employees and over 300 volunteers.
Manage a $140,000 budget.
Coordinate and supervise the Valencia Volunteers (community service and civic engagement), Peer Educators (health and wellness), Welcome Team (students ID cards and campus tours), and Intramurals (fitness and sports) programs to include activity/event planning oversight, recruitment, hiring, orientation and training, evaluate program effectiveness and suggest modifications, advise student groups on increasing effectiveness, maintain inventory, record student involvement, and prepare/publicize print materials and promotional items to support programs.
Advise the Inter-Club Council (ICC) by maintaining appropriate contact with all active, new, and chartering clubs and organizations, associated Executive Boards, and faculty/staff advisors; work with the ICC Chairperson to ensure all 40+ clubs and organizations remain in good standing and adhere to College and Department policy; and oversee all ICC fundraising activities and drives.
Co-advise the Student Government Association (SGA) by assisting the SGA Executive Board and Senate by participating in disciplinary meetings, assisting with Town Hall meetings and events, and helping to achieve goals.

Organize the annual senior class gift campaign to raise money for the ‘Students for Students’ Scholarship Fund with the Valencia Foundation.

Assisted students during Phonathon and help monitor calls and pledge forms; mailed out pledge forms and followed up on unfulfilled pledges; and created the Phonathon training manual and powerpoint.
